About The Position

BRECKSVILLE-BROADVIEW HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT VACANCY POSITION: Summer School Bus Aides LOCATION: BBHES SCHEDULE: 4 weeks, Monday-Thursday, July 6 through July 30 (4 hours per day) Qualifications State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and Board may find appropriate. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work effectively with others Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing Practical, active listening skills Organizational and problem-solving skills Basic first-aid procedures Knowledge of relevant Ohio laws and regulations Knowledge of traffic laws Ability to listen for mechanical defects, view the engine compartment for defects, and distinguish the color of lights Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, written warnings, and labels Ability to handle emergencies Ability to interpret gauges, dipsticks for oil, and transmission Important Note : If you have any questions or concerns, please call Sherry Lanza at 440-740-4011 or at [email protected].
