About The Position

You can get out on the open road with Arc Herkimer!
Bus Aide position: starting rate $16/hour; Monday – Friday; split shifts to full days; 37.5 hours per week.

Full Time position available! A typical morning run starts at approximately 5:30am and lasts until 9:30am; a typical afternoon run starts at approximately 2pm and lasts until 5pm.
18+ years old, high school diploma or GED preferred, Agency approvable Driver's License preferred.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• high school diploma or GED preferred
• Agency approvable Driver's License preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers as necessary in boarding and departing vehicles and to and from homes
• Assist passengers with the use of safety restraints.
• Assist passengers as needed with medical and safety issues, providing behavioral intervention per agency policy and passenger plan.
• Complete documentation.
• Communicate with passenger's treatment teams.
• Maintain knowledge of passenger's service plans.
• May be requested to drive agency vehicle.
