We are looking for a high-energy communicator to mentor staff, engage families, and ensure every student feels safe, seen, and supported. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ year in youth, family, or community programs, or 2+ years in youth/family services, community organizing, or program development.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience working effectively with culturally diverse communities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, fiscal reporting, email, and internet applications.
  • Local travel required; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
  • Valid identification required; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screens.
