Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or child development preferred.
Experience working with school-age children in a childcare or educational setting.
21 years of age or older a must.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
Background check required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage school-age children in various activities and programs.
Plan and implement creative, educational, and recreational activities.
Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
Encourage positive social interactions and teamwork among children.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and play areas.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Assist in the development of individualized learning plans for students.
Assist in field trips.
Confident in driving our 15 passenger bus.
