PBT is seeking responsible, engaging and enthusiastic live-in individuals to provide a supportive and safe environment for 130 ballet students ages 10-20, residing at Chatham University residence halls. Resident advisors serve as the first point of contact for residents and work to build an inclusive community through advisement, program planning and consistent communication. Each RA will have one day off per week. There are two types of positions available: 7-week RAs will work at the Company Experience Session 1 (CE), the Intensive Summer Program (ISP), and the Youth Intensive Program (YSI), while the 5-week RAs will work the Intensive Summer Program (ISP), the Youth Intensive Program (YSI) and the Company Experience Session 2 (CE).
