Derby Academy seeks a skilled, compassionate, and highly organized person to serve as the Summer Programs Health Care Supervisor for its licensed summer programs. This role is responsible for protecting the health and safety of campers and staff, delivering nursing care, overseeing medication administration and health documentation, and supporting compliance with Massachusetts recreational camp health regulations and Derby’s Summer Health Care Plan. The Summer Programs Health Care Supervisor is a key member of the summer leadership team and serves as the primary health authority on site during program operations, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30. This position combines direct care, prevention, communication, training, documentation, and operational readiness in order to maintain a safe, supportive, and positive camp environment. Derby's Summer Programs run June 22 through August 7, with additional preseason and post-program responsibilities as needed.
