About The Position
River Park Hospital is offering a Summer Behavioral Health experience program for college/ graduating high school students pursuing careers in mental and behavioral healthcare. This program provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience in a behavioral health hospital setting while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals. Participants will have the chance to develop valuable skills in patient interaction, teamwork, and mental health support while learning more about careers in behavioral health services. This opportunity is ideal for students studying or interested in fields such as psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or other healthcare related fields. MUST BE 18+ to Apply
Requirements
- MUST BE 18+ to Apply
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months experience in a mental health setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Gain hands on experience in a behavioral health hospital setting

Benefits
- Pay: $16 an hour base
