We Rock the Spectrum - Eagan is seeking an enthusiastic Summer Program Coach to create a fun, safe, and inclusive experience for children with disabilities during their summer programs. The company provides an inclusive sensory gym where children of all abilities can explore, play, and grow. The summer program features crafts, games, sensory play, and activities designed to engage every child and create lasting memories. As a Summer Program Coach, you will be part of a supportive team ensuring every child is safe, engaged, and having fun, helping to create a welcoming environment where kids feel valued and included. This role is an excellent opportunity for high school and college students interested in education, special education, or working with children.
