About The Position

The Summer Pool Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and member experience at the outdoor pool club throughout the summer season. This role requires an outgoing, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and can effectively manage staff, schedules, and guest interactions to ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all members.

Requirements

Outgoing, energetic, and personable with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable leading and working closely with a seasonal staff team
Willing to be trained and certified as a lifeguard
Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing operational demands
Reliable, responsible, and able to make sound decisions in a busy environment

Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise all pool club staff, including lifeguards, front desk staff, and activities staff
Ensure a high level of customer service and positive member experience at all times
Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and daily operational needs
Maintain a safe and organized pool environment in accordance with policies and procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with members, guests, and staff
Address member questions, concerns, and minor issues as they arise
Support and participate in club activities and special events
Enforce pool rules and club standards consistently and fairly
