About The Position

Build your professional skills and expand your network by exploring a career in
banking. The Summer 2026 Internship Program at MidFirst Bank offers qualified
students the opportunity to integrate academic learning with hands-on, practical
experience in a fast-paced commercial banking environment. High performing
interns are eligible for full-time positions in the Officer Development Program.

The Summer Internship includes:

· A comprehensive overview of the banking industry via case studies,
departmental rotations, executive briefings, strategy meetings and special
projects.
· Business and industry research, compliance monitoring and financial
analysis.
· Loan presentations to senior management.
· One-on-one mentoring with recent ODP graduates, program managers and
HR career counselors.
· Team challenges and after hours social events.

Requirements

• Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree.
• Business major required.
• Cumulative 3.25 GPA.
• Accounting or finance coursework required.
• Demonstrated extracurricular achievement.
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
• High level of initiative and accountability.
• Results-driven, team-oriented and client-focused.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
