Position Overview: Rosendin is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Marketing Intern to support marketing operations and creative services during a high-impact internship experience. This role is ideal for students interested in the operational backbone of marketing, graphic design production support, and the systems that enable consistent, high-quality brand execution across a national organization. The intern will work closely with experienced marketing professionals and gain exposure to how marketing supports brand, growth, and enterprise-level initiatives in a Fortune 500–caliber environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and file formats
  • Comfortable working with digital files, systems, and structured processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and maintenance of marketing assets within Rosendin’s digital asset management (DAM) systems
  • Assist with asset naming conventions, version control, tagging, and archiving
  • Help ensure brand compliance and consistency across marketing materials
  • Support intake, tracking, and coordination of creative requests
  • Assist designers with production tasks, file preparation, and quality checks
  • Support updates to existing marketing collateral, templates, and presentations
  • Help manage creative files across formats and platforms
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback under guidance
  • Assist with project timelines, documentation, and status tracking
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and approvals
  • Support reporting on creative output, workload, and asset usage
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team
