The central role of the summer MAC floater is to work where it is needed for both summer MAC locations (Fort Lincoln & Lewis and Clark). They must provide a safe and fun environment for the children around them. Floaters will communicate with the site supervisor to know where they will be going each and every day. They will help in classrooms, help with sports and help the Recreation Supervisor with teaching Art & Crafts. They will also supervise and keep the children safe and handle any behaviors that may arise. The summer MAC floater will need to build relationships with children, parents, staff and school employees.
