Whether you're a student, seasonal worker, or just looking for something different than a typical job, this is a great opportunity to spend your summer outside and stay active. No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train you to be awesome. What This Role Looks Like As a Summer Outdoor Adventure Guide, you’ll lead and support a variety of experiences throughout the park. Our team is cross-trained across multiple attractions, so you’ll have the opportunity to stay engaged and learn different roles throughout the season. You may guide or assist with: Zipline tours UTV (side-by-side) guided tours Aerial attractions including swings and climbs Kids and family adventure courses Guided hikes This is a high-energy, guest-facing role where your attitude, communication, and ability to create a great experience matter just as much as your technical skills. Quick Snapshot Spend your summer working outdoors in the mountains Be part of a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible, booking-based schedule (not a traditional 9–5) No experience required – full training provided Earn through commission-based pay and tips on every tour; exceptional guest experiences are often rewarded generously Additional hourly pay may be available for operational and support duties Opportunities to grow into long-term or returning roles Full pay structure is reviewed during the interview process

Requirements

Positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
Interest in creating great guest experiences—not just “doing the job”
Must be at least 18 years old for guide roles (younger applicants may be considered for other positions)
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Comfortable being active (walking, hiking, standing for extended periods, working at heights)
Able to communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to complete and pass training requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and assist guests through safe, fun, and engaging outdoor experiences
Create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
Clearly communicate instructions and expectations
Work closely with your team to keep tours running smoothly
Support daily operations, including opening/closing and general upkeep
Adapt to different roles and responsibilities throughout the day
Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction
