Internships - Summer 2026
About The Position
CRC typically hosts 3-5 corporate interns during the summer based at our main office in Baltimore: Internships run approximately 10 weeks, beginning May 26th and ending August 6th, with core weeks June through July. Interns usually support one of these teams: commercial/retail leasing, human resources, accounting, legal, data science, investor relations, acquisitions, asset management, or property management. Internships are typically part-time, 21- 28 hours per week (during Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and paid based on current market rates. Ideal candidates will possess a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and/or the specific department hiring. Headquartered in Baltimore, MD and founded in 1960, CRC is a full service commercial real estate and investment company focused on acquiring and operating commercial and multifamily properties.
