While day‑to‑day responsibilities vary by department, Corporate Interns can generally expect to: Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team Support department analysts, specialists, managers, and leaders with daily tasks and projects Assist with research, data collection, organization, and documentation Contribute to ad-hoc projects that improve processes, enhance reporting, or support strategic initiatives Participate in department meetings and gain exposure to business operations Department‑Specific Examples: Examples of potential internship projects by department include: Accounting & Finance Support reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis People & Culture Support employee experience initiatives, recruiting coordination, and program development Performance Management Assist in building performance dashboards, documentation, and organizational alignment tools Marketing Support campaign planning and execution, content creation, branding projects, and digital initiatives.   • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
