About The Position

The Summer Internship Program offers students hands-on experience across multiple departments within the organization. Interns will support day-to-day operations, contribute to real projects, and participate in professional development sessions designed to build workplace skills and career readiness. Internship placements will vary by department based on organizational needs and intern interests, including but not limited to operations, engineering, programming, administration, marketing and IT. This is a paid, full-time summer internship designed to provide meaningful work experience in a professional environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university or relevant training program
• Interest in gaining professional experience in a business environment
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Field of study may vary depending on department placement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily operations and ongoing projects within assigned department
• Assisting with research, reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborating with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
• Participating in meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
• Applying academic knowledge to real-world business challenges
• Maintaining professionalism, organization, and accountability in assigned work
