About The Position

Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full-time 8-week summer internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of the Learning & Organization Development Specialist. Are you passionate about supporting people in their development? This schedule for this internship is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Days of the week and work hours may change due to business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Education, Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organization (I/O) Psychology, or related
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Applies feedback and is curious to learn with and from others
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom to support live online training sessions
• Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Nice To Haves

• Facilitation experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end logistical support, including scheduling program communication, material preparation, catering coordination, and day of set up/support
• Directly support the L&OD team with program content updates and execution of new development programs
• Collect feedback and conduct evaluations to suggest improvements and innovation to existing programs
• Produce virtual programming through Microsoft Teams or Zoom
