About The Position

The PACCAR Parts Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to learn about PACCAR through a work assignment in IT Operations. Each intern will be integrated into division and department meetings, activities and events to ensure an understanding of PACCAR. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our dynamic organization, while enhancing your resume. At the end of your internship, you have the opportunity to present your accomplishments to your fellow interns and senior management. Requirements

• Currently enrolled, or recent college graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivation and energetic personality
• Team-oriented
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well alone or with others
• Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Junior or senior standing preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Annual PC Deployment and learn the basics on how organizations build and deploy hardware.
• Write IT application scripts to improve day-to-day operations for fixing and deploying hardware.
• Develop IT Operations dashboard in Tableau to help improve reporting processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting mobile devices and help with the Customer Center phone system as needed.
