Our internship program is built for individuals who want meaningful exposure, hands-on experience, and a front-row seat to how a modern youth-driven retail brand operates. Pacsun is seeking Interns who are forward-thinking, retail-minded creators of culture with a strong appreciation for fashion and learning. The 2026 Summer Internship Program is a paid, 10-week experience running June 16 - August 21, 2026. ($20.00 per hour) This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long- term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship ($20.00/hour), that's right; we're paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we're at it. We look forward to meeting you! Requirements
- Currently enrolled college students and/or recent graduates - Juniors to 2 years Post Grad preferred
- Working towards a degree or recent grad in a related field
- Must be available to work full time schedule
- Passion for fashion, retail/Corporate Retail, and process improvement
- Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong Creative writing skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to think outside the box
- Beginner to Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
