About The Position

Atlantic Electric offers summer internship opportunities for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the electrical construction and engineering industry. This program is open to electrical engineering students, marketing students, and high school electrical trade students through a partner trade school. Interns will gain exposure to real-world projects, working alongside experienced professionals in both field and office environments. Responsibilities and learning experiences will vary based on the area of focus but will support active projects while promoting safety, quality, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Current student in electrical engineering, marketing, or a related field OR enrolled in a partner electrical trade school program
• Interest in the electrical construction, engineering, or business operations industry
• Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Support field or office teams with daily project activities
• Assist with project coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks
• Participate in jobsite visits, safety meetings, and team discussions as applicable
• Gain exposure to electrical construction, engineering processes, or business operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
