We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Loan Origination team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate finance and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in real estate finance or lending
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and property-level research to support active transactions and business development efforts.
- Support the team in responding to dynamic, real-time requests across multiple live deals.
- Track pipeline activity and assist with coordination of ongoing transactions.
- Complete multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
