2026 Summer Internship Program
About The Position
The Summer Intern Program is a 10-week hybrid experience (June – August) designed to immerse students in the business, mission, and culture of Reliance Matrix. Our intern program is designed to follow our enterprise three day hybrid schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as required in office days. Available Intern Assignments: Risk Management Underwriting Accounting Finance HR & Talent Development Marketing Sales Claims Operations Retirement Services Information Technology Business Intelligence Program Highlights: Professional Development Trainings Senior Leader Speaker Event Corporate Charity Fundraising Project Reliance Matrix Foundation events (e.g., Philadelphia Museum of Art Trip) Networking Opportunities within Tokio Marine Groups
Requirements
- Student pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Strong GPA and communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation
- Prior work, community involvement, or voluntary experience (Insurance industry experience a plus)
- Able to commit to a 3 day hybrid office schedule in Philadelphia
