RESPONSIBILITIES: (Depending on your major and/or future interest, below is a short overview of each department opportunity). Contribute to Asset Management strategies, including property valuation and market analysis. Gain insights into Property Management operations, lease administration, and tenant relations. Work closely with the FP&A team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. QUALIFICATIONS: Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
