About The Position

The Summer Intern participates in a structured program designed to provide hands-on experience across various departments within the organization. Interns are assigned to a specific functional area while also gaining exposure to broader business operations. This program is designed to support professional development and align with the intern’s long-term career and educational goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations and departmental projects Collaborate with team members to support business initiatives and deliverables Complete an overarching summer project and present outcomes at the end of the program Partner with an assigned mentor to gain insight into departmental functions and career pathways Participate in cross-functional learning opportunities and networking activities Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute ideas for process improvements Learning & Development: Gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment Develop an understanding of how different departments contribute to overall business success Build foundational skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork Receive ongoing feedback and coaching from mentor and leadership

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
