About The Position

Longbridge Financial is seeking a creative and motivated Summer Intern for our Marketing department. The ideal intern will support our Marketing team with copywriting and content creation. This role is perfect for a strong writer who is eager to gain hands-on experience crafting marketing content across multiple channels. Design and video skills are a plus, especially experience using creative software. This internship is remote, M-F, West Coast hours preferred.

Requirements

Strong writing skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
Interest in marketing, communications, or content creation
Ability to write clearly and creatively for different audiences
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and receive feedback
Professionalism in working in a remote setting

Nice To Haves

Experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
Prior internship, coursework, or personal projects related to marketing or content creation

Responsibilities

Assist with copywriting for marketing materials including emails, social media, blogs, landing pages, and other assets
Help create and organize marketing content for campaigns and ongoing initiatives
Support content brainstorming and ideation sessions
Assist with basic design or video editing tasks (when applicable)
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging
Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
