About The Position

The TM/CEE Intern will support key initiatives across both the Culture & Employee Experience (CEE) and Talent Management (TM) teams. The successful candidate will work on defined projects that enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, and talent development. Core responsibilities may include assisting with employee survey administration and analysis, supporting leadership development and learning curriculum logistics, and contributing to culture building and engagement activities. This role is ideal for a student interested in how organizations foster meaningful employee experiences while building effective talent practices. The internship is expected to run from June through August, with hours aligned to the Enterprise Summer Internship Program structure.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and interest in employee experience, organizational culture, and talent development.
  • Comfort working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, survey results) and learning new tools or systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and administration of employee engagement survey
  • Assist with planning and logistics for leadership development and broader learning initiatives (e.g., scheduling, materials preparation, session coordination).
  • Contribute to culture and engagement activities, including employee events, communications, and experience‑enhancing initiatives.
  • Help develop and update team resources such as frameworks, process documents, templates, and dashboards.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support CEE and TM projects, including best practices in engagement, learning, and organizational culture.
  • Support data organization, reporting, and tracking for talent processes and employee experience programs.
  • Collaborate with team members across HR to advance cross‑functional projects and ensure consistent execution of deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings, capture notes, and support follow‑up actions as needed.

  • The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position.
