About The Position

As an intern for the Information Security Organization, you’ll have the opportunity to work on Security Operations Center incidents, issues and projects, helping identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and incidents in code, systems, networks, and the cloud.

Requirements

• Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
• Experience with coding or engineering in the one (or more) of the following platforms: API Integration between systems Web applications (backend and frontend) Digital Forensics gathering scripts
• Experience with basic security work such as vulnerability scanning, security hardening, and basic cryptography knowledge.
• Desire to work on both security incidents and follow on remediation automations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a proficient manner.
• Understanding of how modern web applications and supporting services work.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Attend at least 3 incident bridges and partner with the Incident Response team through the workflow
• Review new Attack Surface Management findings each week, highlight the top 5 findings and describe why they are important
• Develop at least 5 automation functions for the SIEM to handle incidents and enrich, lookup, or correlate information
