We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Intern to join our finance team. As an Intern you will establish and maintain meaningful projects in a working environment that will enhance your marketability as well as provide value to the organization through continued networking. You will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our patients and customers. The Revenue Accounting Intern supports the month end close process by assisting with revenue analysis, reconciliations, and data validation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role provides hands on experience with GAAP principles, ERP systems, and cross functional collaboration within the accounting organization. Internship will commence in May and end no later than August.

Requirements

• Must be an Undergraduate currently pursuing degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework such as accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization); Power BI or CRM experience a plus.
• Understanding of GAAP analysis
• Professional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-driven environment.
• Work with urgency to ensure that inquiries are efficiently managed.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities under general supervision.
• Must be organized and detail/deadline oriented.
• Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, no sponsorship offered at this time.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
• Must be willing to take a drug test.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data gathering and basic tasks related to revenue recognition and gross‑to‑net calculations.
• Help prepare draft journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close support materials.
• Compile and organize information on discounts, rebates, returns, and other gross‑to‑net components.
• Support audit preparation by assembling documentation and maintaining organized workpapers.
• Contribute to simple automation or process‑improvement tasks by documenting workflows and testing steps.
• Assist with special projects through research, data collection, and preparing initial summaries for team review.
