About The Position

Ingram Micro is seeking a Platform Consulting and Support Intern to join a 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program. The program is designed for college and university students ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work within a global organization, and includes cohort activities such as learning & development trainings, executive speaker sessions, and other networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program
  • Efficient in Excel and able to work with and interpret large data sets
  • Interest in tech platforms, APIs, automation, etc
  • Strategic, interested in digital transformation, platform ecosystems
  • Operations minded
  • Strong communication skills to clearly summarize data and findings, with strong written and presentation abilities
  • Attention to detail, organized, and proactive

Nice To Haves

  • Juniors or seniors are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support Platform Success Consultants (PSCs) as a day-to-day “inside” support person to increase PSC leverage
  • Perform customer digital adoption analysis by analyzing customer platform usage data to identify opportunities
  • Assist in opportunity identification and prioritization to proactively identify accounts where intervention could drive measurable value
  • Provide integration and API pipeline support to maintain visibility into the team’s integration pipeline
  • Help PSCs prepare for customer engagements through customer preparation and research
  • Monitor progress against key team objectives through performance and reporting tracking
  • Support the team in capturing and organizing repeatable best practices through process/playbook development
