The Digital Orchestration & Enablement (DOE) team is seeking a motivated and curious intern to support our Digitally Enabled Rep (DER) initiatives and cross‑brand omnichannel efforts. This role is ideal for students interested in digital marketing, commercial strategy, field engagement, and project management in the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team that partners closely with brand, field, analytics, and agency stakeholders to bring digital tools and experiences to life for our sales organization.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Energized by digital innovation and want to understand how it transforms field teams.
  • Enjoy connecting dots across teams, brands, and disciplines.
  • Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week internship (May/June-August 2026).
  • Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining DER project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Talk with sales reps and collate feedback on the Digitally Enabled Rep program for marketing to enhance the program or improve training.
  • Assist marketing to to prepare training slides for the sales team.
  • Participate in omnichannel planning across Oncology brands to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Contribute to testing, QA, and rollout coordination for digital assets across channels.
  • Draft meeting summaries, prepare discussion materials, and support cross‑functional workshops.
  • Conduct light research on digital engagement trends, field deployment strategies, and marketing innovations.
  • Fresh perspective on how to simplify, modernize, and elevate our DER offering.
  • Support that helps accelerate high‑priority initiatives and streamline team operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills that enhance our documentation, planning, and coordination.
  • Curiosity and creativity in shaping the future of rep enablement and omnichannel experiences.

  • Candidates who are hired for an on-site role or hybrid role, and reside outside of 50-miles from their assigned work location, are eligible for relocation stipend.
