About The Position

As a Reworld intern, you’ll take part in meaningful, hands-on projects that drive Reworld’s business of transforming waste into value. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
• Knowledgeable of security concepts and technologies.
• Familiar with security tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter who is passionate about sustainability and interested in learning more about innovative waste solutions.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, safety-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Conduct security assessments and audits.
• Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct research on emerging security threats and technologies.
• Assist in the development of security awareness training programs for employees.
• Analyze event data and create reports for senior information security staff.
