The intern will work fifteen hours per week for two full in-office days and support both the People & Culture team and the Grants team. For the People & Culture team, the intern will assist with digitizing personnel files, draft and edit longer term writing projects, assist in developing trainings, and assist in implementing statewide culture-related concepts. For the Grants team, the intern will assist the Grants Director and grants team in managing over 65 grants at CLS. This role offers hands-on experience in nonprofit grant writing, research, and compliance, while contributing to programs that make a real difference in people’s lives.
