About The Position

You’ll support the Go-to-Market Enablement team as it helps new capabilities and experiences move from delivery to launch with clarity and coordination, assisting with launch tracking, organizing information, and preparing simple, business-ready summaries that keep cross-functional teams aligned while gaining hands-on exposure to how Product, Program, Engineering, and Business teams work together to bring initiatives to market.

Requirements

  • Interest in how products, platforms, or experiences are brought to market.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to ask questions.
  • Comfort working with basic tools such as Google Docs, Slides, or spreadsheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to learn from cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Go-to-Market Enablement team with day-to-day coordination across Growth & Experience initiatives.
  • Help maintain GTM calendars, trackers, and launch documentation to support visibility and alignment.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings as a note-taker and follow up on action items and next steps.
  • Help track launch milestones, owners, and dependencies to support readiness planning.
  • Assist with intake and tiering preparation by organizing inputs and materials.
  • Support special projects focused on improving templates, checklists, and playbook materials as the team continues to evolve its ways of working.
