The GTM Client Engagement Associate (CEA) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and education of new clients as well as existing clients into the Bold Integrated Payments and Tonic ecosystem, as well as onboarding new team members in the Client channel. This position focuses on providing comprehensive training and support to clients and new hires, enabling them to leverage our systems effectively and drive mutual success. The primary objective is to establish a strong foundation for long-term collaboration, ensuring that clients and new team members are fully equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
