About The Position
We're hiring a Summer Intern to embed directly into Rilla's team and own real projects across the business. You'll work across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and whatever else the company needs — moving fast, figuring things out, and delivering. You'll work directly with founders and leadership on problems that matter, and leave the summer with real output you can point to.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Ability to work full-time in person in NYC for the summer
- No specific major required — we care about how you think, not what you studied
- Evidence that you've done hard things and figured stuff out on your own
Responsibilities
- Take on high-priority projects across sales, operations, finance, recruiting, and anything else the business needs
- Work directly with founders and leadership on live problems
- Build things, fix things, and leave the company better than you found it
- Move fast and operate with a high degree of ownership from day one
