About The Position

Join a fast paced and growing organization and learn all there is to know about corporate relocations! This 14 week intern (May 18th - August 21st 2026) position supports Cartus Domestic and International Consultants by performing a variety of administrative duties that support the overall relocation process from beginning to end. Requirements

  • Current College Student in Year 3-4 (rising Juniors and Seniors)
  • 1– 2 years’ experience providing administrative assistance to work teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as email requests and instructions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows based software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and provide timely responses to Consultants, Management, Clients, and Assignees.

Nice To Haves

  • International experience and language skills a plus but not required.
  • Strong preference on location in EST/CST Timezone

Responsibilities

  • Inputs and maintains data in Cartus systems.
  • Prepares and distributes reports each week /as needed.
  • Open, review and distribute e-mails and router boxes for consultants.
  • Process lump sum benefits.
