About The Position

Sharp’s Pro-AV Marketing Communications team is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to help refine how we connect with our customers. This role will focus on Predictive Intent and Generative AI to enhance our outbound outreach. This role will be building an early-stage pipeline identification model to target new B2B customers and will work in lockstep with our Product Management Intern to ensure our communication strategies align with new segmentation models, ensuring the right message reaches the right end-user at the right time. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to work closely with senior marketing leadership while gaining real-world experience. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Analytics or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest or coursework in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, machine learning, or advanced analytics
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn data into clear business insights
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM data (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar is a plus)
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to "humanize" AI-generated content
  • Self-starter with curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset who enjoys creative storytelling and hard data
  • Interns must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine an early-stage pipeline identification model to proactively target high-value B2B prospects
  • Work closely with the Product Management Intern to ensure outbound efforts reflect the latest product segmentation and value drivers
  • Enhance outbound marketing efficiency by identifying Predictive Intent signals from internal and external data
  • Build a Generative AI framework to determine how to best communicate high-impact messaging for specific customer segments
  • Assist in creating data-backed communication strategies that drive engagement within key customer segments
