We’re looking to improve how we tell our customers’ stories to drive operational change and deliver more meaningful customer experiences across our facilities. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Customer Experience (CX), you’ll work with our team to become familiar with our customer base, case management protocol, CX initiatives, and reporting portfolio. You’ll help us expand our internal messaging by developing the analytical components of our department CX reporting series. You’ll also bring your editorial and data visualization knowledge to elevate how we present our CX reporting and analyses to department and agency leadership
