About The Position

The Creative Writer and Website Content Intern will support the Customer Care department by creating awareness campaigns and updating the website to ensure information is both informative and customer-friendly. The intern will also strategize on marketing current content to boost customer participation.

Requirements

• Experience in web content creation, web design, or content strategy.
• Ability to create engaging, customer-friendly content.
• Must be currently enrolled fulltime in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Must have at least 30 credit hours complete.
• Must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
• Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Research skills (especially online) to gather and verify information.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in digital marketing and website design.
• Preferred Majors: Creative Writing, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, Communications.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to promote content and boost customer participation.

Responsibilities

• Assess current website content for accuracy, clarity, and customer engagement.
• Revise and update website content to improve readability and user experience.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction through website content.
• Assist in drafting a welcoming and informative letter for new customers.
• Work with a team to brainstorm and design a new, customer-friendly bill format.
• Develop engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
