About The Position
The Summer Intern - Court Service Center (Northeastern Circuit) position is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the Massachusetts Trial Court system. The Court Service Centers aim to provide access to justice for court users with cases pending in Massachusetts, particularly those without attorneys. Interns will work directly with the Circuit CSC Manager and Staff Attorney team, gaining valuable insights into access to justice issues, trial court departments, and the resources available to underserved populations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to assist in various tasks, including creating self-help resources, greeting court users, and researching community resources.
