The Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability department supports initiatives that align with RGA's values and goals related to social and environmental impact. This includes activities such as reducing carbon footprint, promoting diversity and inclusion, philanthropy, community engagement, and implementing sustainable business practices. The intern will assist in various projects supporting Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability programs including employee charitable giving, employee volunteerism, and sustainability programming in line with the CSR strategy. Activities performed by the intern will allow the CSR and Sustainability department to quickly and efficiently respond to internal and external stakeholders with accurate, complete information on RGA's CSR and sustainability programs.

- Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities
- Lead employee volunteerism projects
- Compile information and analyze data related to CSR activities
- Help design employee-facing tools and presentations
- Assist in sustainability efforts and events
- Compile information for use in RGA's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ratings
