Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a College/University and able to receive a paid internship
• Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
• Have previously demonstrated leadership skills through school, extracurricular activities and/or community involvement
• Exceptional at taking on challenges and using your particular set of skills to create solutions
• A self-starter, ability to work with others in a team environment, with a passion for helping others
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Microsoft Office experience – strength in Excel and PowerPoint will be leveraged
• Self-driven with strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage elements of multiple tasks concurrently
• Passion for data and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
• Must be local or willing to relocate to Greensboro, NC

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data visualization tools a plus, i.e., PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma

Responsibilities

• Assist KAR in managing stand-up of new Alation data catalog through collection of data dictionaries and build out of the document hub within the platform
• Support KAR in workspace clean-up, curation design for reporting, exploratory reporting, etc.
• Assist Marketplace Insights in analyzing marketplace performance to identify opportunities for assortment, pricing, and promotional improvements through weekly trend summaries and recommendations
• Assist Consumer Insights through research on behavior and trends, deliver a short report on emerging opportunities for key categories
• Support Category Management by compiling and visualizing sales, rank, and share data
• Create dashboards or reports highlighting top SKUs and assortment gaps
