Title of Position: Summer Anticipated Openings – High School Credit Recovery Teachers (Various Subjects) Work Year: Summer 2026 Effective Dates of Employment: July 6, 2026 - July 31, 2026 (Monday - Friday all weeks) Location/Times: MHS: 7:30am - 1:30pm (includes prep time) Students – Arrive at 8:00am and leave at 1:00pm Salary: $5,000 Stipend Organizational Relationship or Line of Authority: Building Administrator and/or Credit Recovery Program Coordinator Statement of Duties: Plan, prepare for and provide instruction in course subjects in accordance with requirements for student to recover lost credit Maintain student attendance and grades and submit to Summer Building Administrator at the conclusion of the summer program Responsible for other general duties as indicated by the Summer Administrator or Credit Recovery Coordinator Qualifications: Licensed by the Department of Elementary & Secondary Education as a High School Teacher Bachelor’s or higher earned academic degree Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus but not required An Equal Opportunity Employer It is the policy of the Marlborough Public Schools not to discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, national origin, color, homelessness, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability in its education programs, services, activities, or employment practices.
