About The Position
RiverMead is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Summer Groundskeepers. This temporary, full‑time role supports the upkeep and beautification of our campus throughout the summer season and plays an important part in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming outdoor environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, bushes, and trees across the RiverMead campus
- Perform seasonal landscaping and general groundskeeping tasks
- Ensure outdoor areas are clean, attractive, and well‑maintained
- Operate basic landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Assist with additional outdoor maintenance projects as needed
