The Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is the City government's chief financial agency. OMB's staff of analysts and experts assembles and oversees the Mayor’s expense and capital budgets, which fund the services and activities of approximately 90 City agencies and entities. The Management Unit Examines operations and projects at city agencies with the goal of gaining more efficient, cost-effective services and improved outcomes. JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas where efficiency can be improved. Identity bottlenecks, redundancies, inefficiencies and implement changes to streamline operations. This involves reorganizing tasks, simplifying procedures, and automating repetitive or manual processes.
