  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple event components simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Event Implementation: Plan and execute multi-faceted events including weddings and summer conferences, ensuring all logistical details are met with precision.
  • Guest Service Management: Act as a primary point of contact for a variety of clients, providing high-level hospitality and resolving guest inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Campus Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with various campus partners and departments to ensure seamless event delivery and facility readiness.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the office with general business and administrative needs, maintaining organized records and efficient workflows.
  • Problem Solving: Adapt quickly to changing needs and provide flexible solutions in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
