About The Position
Windwalker Group is hiring Security Officers for our summer commitments. We will be paying a rate amongst $27 - $35 an hour. We will be hiring across all levels.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in event, venue, or crowd management security preferred
- Customer service or hospitality background is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts (8–12 hrs)
Responsibilities
- Staff assigned post for the full shift — screening, perimeter, interior patrol, or access control
- Monitor crowd behavior and report concerns to your Supervisor
- Assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Support ADA-accessible entry lane operations
- Complete shift handoff and document any incidents
- Maintain radio communication and follow all command directives
