Our Summer Internship Program offers students in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, and Paper Engineering the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn the inner workings of a high-performing mill operation. What You’ll Do: Assist engineers and operations teams with process improvements, troubleshooting, and equipment optimization projects. Support data collection, analysis, and problem-solving initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Participate in cross-functional projects that connect engineering principles with real production outcomes. Gain exposure to state-of-the-art manufacturing systems and sustainability initiatives within the paper industry. Present a summary of your project work and key learnings to the leadership team at the end of the internship.
Requirements
- Students pursuing a degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and learn hands-on from experienced professionals.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, safety-minded approach.
