Requirements

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Must be competent in the use of SolidWorks CAD.
Working towards an engineering degree

Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing processes.
Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
Implement process improvements to reduce product lead times and costs.
Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
Develop innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance production quality and capacity.
