Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, mathematics, statistics, finance, or another quantitative field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong interest in consulting, corporate HR, and/or compensation-related work.
  • Strong skills in mathematics, data analysis, or Proxy work is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong PC expertise, particularly in database management.
  • Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment late May – mid August, opportunity to extend for select individuals.
  • Passion for problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Accepting applications from candidates graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2026 and June 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Review for accuracy and completeness the data submitted to compensation surveys e.g., base salaries, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, plan design and financial information
  • Read company proxy statements and plan documents describing long-term incentive plans (e.g., stock options, restricted stock, performance plans).
  • Communicate with clients via telephone or email to resolve discrepancies/issues with the data.
  • Enter and update data in a proprietary database.
